DISTANCE AGREEMENT
On this website, the service provider: SIA WALTERS (registration number: 40003911292, legal address: Gaujas Street 1, Mārupe, Mārupe Municipality, Riga, LV-2167, actual service provision address: Meža Street 1a, Zemgales Suburb, Riga, LV-1048), hereinafter referred to as the “Seller,” and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer,” conclude the following Agreement:
1. General Terms
1.1. The Seller offers online reservations for shooting sports training and shooting range services, as well as related products, on the website www.walters.lv (hereinafter – the “Website”).
1.2. This distance agreement is an integral part of the service/product purchase contract and defines the rights and obligations of the parties, delivery, cancellation, and dispute resolution procedures.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms, prices, or introduce new paid services at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Website.
1.4. The Agreement is considered concluded when the Buyer selects the product/service, adds it to the cart, and marks “I agree to the Terms of Use” in the confirmation window.
2. Ordering and Payment Procedure
2.1. The Buyer places an order on the Website, specifying the type and quantity of the service/product.
2.2. Payment can be made on the website via internet banking or card, or by paying an invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer’s email. The invoice is issued electronically and is valid without a signature.
2.3. The Seller provides the service at a mutually agreed time after full payment is received.
2.4. The order confirmation is sent to the email specified by the Buyer and to the Seller’s email: [email protected].
3. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
3.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the ordered product or service within 14 days of receipt/purchase by sending a withdrawal letter to [email protected].
3.2. Services: Withdrawal from a service is possible up to 14 days before the service is provided. If the service has already been provided, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
All costs related to service withdrawal, if any, are borne by the Buyer.
3.4. Withdrawal form: Available upon request by email [email protected]. It can be submitted electronically or in person at the actual address.
3.5. The Seller reserves the right to deduct compensation or refuse a refund if the service has already been used.
4. Refund Procedure
4.1. Refunds are made within 3 (three) calendar days from the receipt of the withdrawal form, using the same payment method the Buyer used.
5. Data Processing
5.1. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the processing of their data to fulfill the order and provide the service.
5.2. Client data is confidential and used only for the purposes of the service provider (SIA WALTERS).
5.3. Notifications related only to order processing will be sent to the specified email.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiation. Complaints regarding quality or availability should be sent to [email protected] or in writing to Meža Street 1a, Riga.
6.2. Complaints are reviewed within 7 (seven) business days.
6.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved in a Latvian court or through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (Consumer Rights Protection Centre – PTAC).
